Return Policy

In addition to allowing you to make a satisfactory purchase, our charter allows us to be confident that we will send you the ideal underwear and thus minimize the transport associated with the return of goods and continue to offer you the best price on all our underwear. If, despite everything, the underwear does not meet your expectations, FIER refunds or exchanges all products purchased online, under certain conditions. Refunds and exchanges must be made within 30 days of shipment date, by mail.

Conditions:

Returned merchandise must not have been worn or washed. It must be in good condition and in its original packaging, with the price tags. We refund or exchange the underpants only if these conditions are met.

Refunds will be made with the same payment method used for purchase. Postage costs are your responsibility.

For your protection and that of other customers, you are asked to keep your underwear on when trying on boxers until you are sure the size and style are right for you.We trust you to respect these simple measures.

Any merchandise on sale that bears the mention final sale on the invoice is neither refundable nor exchangeable.

For a refund, if your purchase total was over 0 (before taxes) and you received our free shipping, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Fier reserves the right to refuse any return, exchange or refund of merchandise if one of the criteria mentioned above is not met. Likewise, any garment that appears to have been worn, misused, altered, soiled, washed or damaged in any way will not be refunded or exchanged.

Procedure for returns

• Send an email via the Contact page.
• Write "return" in the comment box, then your message.
• Mention your order number in the message.
• We will email you a postal label to print and stick on your package.
• Use the original packaging if possible or similar.
